The SermonChronicler Workflow
SermonChronicler was built for busy church teams who need to produce quality discipleship resources without spending hours re-formatting content. Submit once and receive eight ready-to-use outputs — all generated from your existing sermon in minutes.
Behind the scenes, SermonChronicler runs on a closed processing system — a dedicated, purpose-built environment for sermon transcription, scripture analysis, and content generation. Unlike generic AI services that send your data through public models with no guarantees about handling or output quality, our system is self-contained. Every component from transcription through deliverable assembly operates within a controlled pipeline that we train, tune, and monitor directly.
Because the system is closed, we can spare no expense in processing power and model fidelity. Each sermon receives the full depth of a model explicitly trained to:
- Recognize every scripture reference — verses quoted, paraphrased, or alluded to by the preacher are identified, extracted, and prominently called out in the transcript, then woven through notes, guides, devotionals, and blog posts wherever they are theologically relevant to the deliverable’s purpose
- Preserve the pastor’s voice — the system is tuned to each preacher’s cadence, word choice, and theological emphasis so that outputs read like they came from your ministry, not a generic text generator
- Stay anchored to the sermon topic — every generated asset remains faithful to the message’s core argument and application, never drifting into off-topic tangents, filler content, or unsupported doctrinal claims
- Respond consistently across the full deliverable set — because the entire pipeline operates under one trained model, a scripture reference identified in transcription flows naturally into the leader guide discussion questions, the devotional reflection prompt, and the blog post illustration, creating a unified theological thread from transcript to published asset
The result is a level of fidelity and cohesion that off-the-shelf AI pipelines cannot match: a clean transcript with every verse called out, plus study materials that carry the same scripture weight your congregation heard from the pulpit. No data leakage, no off-brand output, no shortcuts.

Monitor processing
After submitting, head to the Monitor page to watch your job progress in real time. Status icons show which outputs are generating and when each one is ready. Most sermons complete in 2–5 minutes. The page auto-refreshes every 5 seconds.
You will also receive an email notification when all outputs are ready.

Common Questions
How long does processing take?
Most sermons are fully processed in 2-5 minutes.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free accounts include 3 processing credits with no payment required.
What formats can I submit?
YouTube video URLs, YouTube channel URLs, or .txt transcript files up to 10 MB.
Where do I find my outputs?
The Monitor page and your notification email both link to each completed output file. You can also download all eight files as a single ZIP archive from the Monitor.
What languages are supported?
English is fully supported. Transcripts in other languages can be processed, but output quality depends on the language. For best results with non-English content, submitting a clean .txt transcript is recommended.
What happens if processing fails?
If processing fails the credit is not consumed. You will see a failed status on the Monitor page. Simply re-submit the sermon and it will be queued immediately.
Can I reprocess a sermon I've already submitted?
Yes. You can resubmit a sermon at any time. Each resubmission uses one credit and replaces the existing outputs for that entry in your archive.
How do I get more processing credits?
Upgrade to a paid plan on the Pricing page. Basic subscribers receive 15 credits per month; Pro and Enterprise subscribers have unlimited processing.
Is my sermon content kept private?
Yes. Your uploaded content and generated outputs are private to your account and are never shared publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Are the output files editable?
All outputs are delivered as plain-text files (.txt) that you can open and edit in any word processor, CMS, or email tool before publishing.
Can multiple staff members share one account?
One Ministry License is $10/month and includes 5 seats total. Owners share their seat code with up to 4 additional users, and all seat users draw from one shared 15-credit monthly pool.
